Agreement
By using Hotels10 you agree to these terms, a contract between you and Skill5 Inc. If you are setting up a plan for a hotel or a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
Hotels10 provides short interactive lessons on hotel work, with progress tracking and, for hotels and teams, a dashboard for the person who runs the plan. We may add, change or remove lessons and features to keep the service useful. Free tracks are free; the rest requires a paid plan.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to the email address attached to it. Do not share your login. You may delete your account at any time from the app.
Subscriptions and payment
Prices are shown before you buy. A subscription renews at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Bought on the web: the sale is made by Paddle, our merchant of record, which charges you, issues the invoice and handles payment under its own terms.
- Bought in the app: the sale is made by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings.
A hotel or team plan is priced per seat and billed yearly. The person who sets it up gets an invite link and a dashboard; seats are taken by whoever joins through the link. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, scraping, reselling, sharing of accounts beyond your plan, or interfering with other learners. Lessons, quizzes, illustrations and everything else in the service belong to Skill5 Inc. or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal learning, or for training the people in your team. Lessons are general guidance on hotel work, not advice about your property's own procedures, regulations or safety obligations, which remain yours.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Skill5 Inc.'s liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States; if you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you.
